Detailed scope, deliverables, and timelines are outlined in a written proposal before any work commences.

Project Terms & Payment Policy

Payment Structure

• A written proposal and invoice will be provided before work begins
• A deposit (typically 50%) is required to confirm and commence the project
• Remaining balance is due upon project completion before final files are delivered
• Monthly retainer clients are billed at the start of each service cycle

Refund Policy

• Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced
• Payments for completed work are non-refundable
• Refunds may be considered only if we are in clear breach of the agreed service scope

Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth project delivery and optimal results, clients agree to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Provide website access credentials (WordPress admin, hosting, Google Analytics) promptly
• Supply accurate business information, branding assets, and target market details
• Respond to communication and feedback requests within 3–5 business days
• Review and approve deliverables in a timely manner to avoid project delays
• Notify us of any changes to website access, business goals, or project scope

Delays caused by lack of client response may affect timelines and are not the responsibility of hasibislam.com.

Intellectual Property Rights

Website Content

All content on hasibislam.com — including text, images, graphics, SEO strategies, case studies, and code — is the intellectual property of Hasib Islam. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish any content without prior written permission.

Client Project Deliverables

Upon receipt of full payment, clients receive ownership of custom deliverables created specifically for their project. This does not include:

• Proprietary SEO frameworks, templates, or internal tools
• Third-party plugins, themes, or licensed software
• Strategy documents shared for reference purposes only

Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

All client information — including business details, strategies, website access, revenue figures, and project discussions — is treated as strictly confidential. We will not share, sell, or disclose any client data to third parties without explicit written consent.

Case Studies & Testimonials

We may request permission to publish results, screenshots, or testimonials as part of our portfolio or marketing materials. We will always seek your written approval first and will anonymize data if requested.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Termination of Services

By Either Party

Either party may terminate a service engagement with 7 days' written notice. Upon termination:

• Client is responsible for payment of all completed work up to the termination date
• All completed deliverables will be provided upon receipt of final payment
• Access credentials will be returned and removed from our systems

By Hasib Islam

We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if a client:

• Requests black-hat, unethical, or Google-violating SEO practices
• Fails to make payment after a reasonable notice period
• Engages in abusive, threatening, or unprofessional communication

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
